Joyce A Lewis, editor & writer
Joyce A. Lewis was born Joyce A. Hammond in Dover, Delaware.  Typing, Editing, Layout, Creating, Designing and Marketing fills my day with Joy.

Designing and Editing for the published KM Hammond book entitled: Art Affirmations The Life and Times of KM Hammond© in 2009 was quite a thrill. KMHammondART© plans to publish three other art books, additional art DVDs and CDs are planned for 2011.

A 30-year career in Typing, Editing, Designing, Layout, Paste-up, Publishing portfolio includes:  Delaware State News as a Paste-up Editor in the 1980’s, plus in 1994/96 Designed, Typed and Edited over 100 original new Card and Table games for the company GamesbyDebbie.com©, as well as Typed, Edited, Designed and Created 11 books, booklets, and Media literature. Media Posters, Flyers and Announcement Banners, Event Brochures, Name tags, and Business Cards, as well as other Media Public Awareness creations, and Freelancing in Photography are also a passion of mine. Some of the Humanitarian skills matured over the past 32 years have been as Fine Art Exhibit Planner, Social Event Planner, Trade Show Demonstrator, Public Awareness Director, Crowd Control Security, Site Hostess, Usher and Party Hostes.

Primarily Promoting and Designing for KMHammondART.com©, now thru ArtCEnterprises.com, a Design Marketing Company, has been the focus since 1994. Accepting the title of Webmaster for three different websites, also keeps me challenged. I am honored to hold a “Letters” Membership with the National League of American Pen Women/Holly Branch in 2010.

Patricia Parsons-Beetschen, writer
Pat is currently involved with The Children's Theatre, Inc. of Dover & Kent County Delaware of which she is a board member and Artistic Director.  She has been involved with the non-profit theatre group since 1997.  She started helping out by just doing makeup and hair for the theatre, when her daughter joined the theatre group when she was eight years old.  She enjoyed being a part of such a community oriented and nurturing group of all volunteer members which lead to her to be a makeup artist and soon became a board member.  She became interested in directing after assisting on three main stage productions. Since that time she has directed many plays.  She  wrote an original main stage play which was performed by the children of our theatre group, on stage at Wells Theatre, Wesley College and The Schwartz Center for the Arts in April of 2008 (The "Oh, So, True" Tale of Hansel and Gretel, The Three Little Pigs and Little Red Riding Hood".    In 2009, My daughter, Kathleen and I directed local playwright, Jim Rogin's adaptation of "Cinderella".  I adapted his version of the play to include more characters for our April 2009 production.

Published works:

The Gift of Touch - poem published in Massage Magazine

A Garden's Gift - booklet of Poetry written for The Sprig & Twig Garden     Club's Flower Show.  This little book contained poems that were written specifically for each floral exhibit in the flower show.

            Numerous other children's stories.

The "Oh, So, True" Tale of Hansel and Gretel, The Three Little Pigs and Little Red Riding Hood.  (A children's story & main stage play but neither have been officially published, although the play has been performed to a paying audience.)

Patricia has also written a musical for possible production in 2010-2011 Season.
